Sister2Sister – A sister in need is a sister in deed!
Become a mentor to unemployed women. We will match mentors up in the Sister2Sister program. An orientation luncheon, special events and programs will be offered. Our goal is to support women who are seeking to become employed or to advance in a career that will take them beyond living at the poverty level. This is a very important component of the Career Advancement Initiative which will include; employment, entrepreneurship and franchising programs.

Capacity Inc. is a non profit 501c3 organization dedicated to the advancement of girls and women. All proceeds benefit the “Career Advancement Initiative for Women of the Bluegrass”.
